Safe Worthy, LLC does accept returns and exchanges for items within 60 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Item must be returned in its original state (unless specifically noted otherwise*). Items will undergo a quality check before refunds or exchanges are issued. Refunds or exchanges will be issued within 7 business days of Safe Worthy, LLC receiving the return.

*If a product appears to be broken or does not work, first check our FAQs & How-Tos page for additional information on how to fix the issue. If that does not help, please contact us to begin your return/exchange. We perform individual testing on each of our window breakers and personal alarms. SABRE tests their pepper spray. Because of this, we may ask for video evidence that the item does not work.

Safe Worthy, LLC is not liable for misuse* of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, Mace / Pepper Spray, Personal Alarms, and Window Breakers.

*Misuse can be defined as using our products in areas/locations (such as public schools, airports, libraries, or even in certain states) that deem them illegal.

Safe Worthy, LLC consumers are responsible for understanding the local and state laws concerning the purchase and use of Security Equipment Corporation's products. The consumer agrees that Security Equipment Corporation's products are not intended for illegal use. Security Equipment Corporation is not responsible for misrepresentation by the consumer nor the illegal use of our products. By submitting an order to Safe Worthy, LLC, the consumer states that they are at least 18 years old, understand the local and state laws concerning the purchase and use of Security Equipment Corporation's products and agrees to all terms and conditions of this purchase. No warranties implied or expressed.

We do not ship Pepper Spray / Mace to AK , HI , MA , or NY due to state restrictions. Safe Worthy, LLC does not ship any of our products to PO Boxes or internationally.

Personal Alarms are legal in all 50 states, but might not be legal in certain locations such as libraries or schools.
